We attended two Trunk-or-Treats this year. The first at the kids school.
Just like last year, it was great!

Once again the trunks were scarily decorated. I would never volunteer because my trunk would be lucky to have one uncarved pumpkin sitting in it.
Jackson and Sadie played some games:
They were both really good at this bowling game. All of their practicing has paid off!:
Sadie actually won this game which required her to shake her booty and dance around to get all of the ping pongs out of the box:
She was very surprised by her win, and exclaimed, "I can't believe I won! I never win."
We finally spotted Megan towards the end of the night. She had stayed after school to help set up and then spent the night hanging out with her friends:
The haul:
Next up was the Trunk-or-Treat at the church. It was sparsely attended, but still fun:
Megan and Jackson were happy to spend the night with their good friends:
And happily for Eric and I, Sadie was happy to spend the night with us:

I am not good at decorating the trunk either. We are always so rushed, that is the last thing on my mind. They get candy that is enough right? Cute costumes and cute Sadie comments of course!!
I love that Sadie won the booty shaking contest! Hilarious :) It is great that people go to such amazing lengths to decorate their trunks, I wish I had more time to be those people. Maybe when the kids are older and can help.
I am so sad that we couldn't go to Trunk or Treat this year. Its the first time I've missed!
