You may remember that about 5 months ago Megan finally decided she would consent to piano lessons. Yippee! And guess what, she took to it like a fish takes to water (luckily not like a fish out of water).
Her first ever piano recital was held a couple of weeks ago. The theme was Disney Movie Classics and Megan performed, "Chim Chim Cher-ee."

With her fellow students, and of course Melinda (her teacher) who is pretty much one of the most fantastic people you could ever meet:
She is currently working on a number of primary songs for one of her Young Women value projects. As soon as she has mastered them she is planning on being my pianist one day during singing time. Can't wait.

Love that she has taken to it so well! Melinda told me the song she played was really hard and she did so well! How exciting for her to find a talent that comes so naturally. Love that Melinda too!
I am jealous that she is enjoying it. Alexis wasn't a fan...I think she had some teachers that were not super nice and that did it for her. :(
